"Chyawanprash For The Win," Says Masaba Gupta As She Relishes The Desi Jam

Masaba Gupta's foodie tales always wow her followers. From her love for home-cooked meals and breakfast diaries to her Mexican lunch adventures, the fashion designer always keeps her social media family updated with her culinary escapades. Once again, Masaba shared a glimpse of her food adventure on Instagram Stories. This time, the spotlight was on a spoonful of chawanprash. Alongside the image, she added a caption that read, "Chyawanprash for the win." Chyawanprash is made from a mix of herbs, spices, and fruits. Last month, Masaba Gupta visited Goa and indulged in the region's local cuisine. She shared glimpses of her authentic Goan feast through her Instagram stories. She relished chonak fry, a fish delicacy prepared with masala and rava for a crispy coating. The dish, made from giant sea perch or Asian seabass, was served alongside banana chips and garnished with a slice of lemon to enhance its flavour. Masaba Gupta didn't stop at the chonak fry - she also savoured other seafood delights, including a sukha (dry) prawn pickle and a classic Goan prawn curry paired with rice. Before that, Masaba Gupta shared a photo of her "working lunch," which featured a delicious Mexican spread. The image showcased a soft-shell taco filled with beans, lettuce, tomato, and creamy sauce. Alongside it, there were crispy nachos paired with a bowl of guacamole, made with mashed avocado, lime juice, onion, tomato, cilantro, and spices.
