Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate are currently on a trip to Birmingham. Yesterday, they made a stop at a family-run Indian restaurant called 'Indian Streatery'. The royal couple were seen interacting with the kitchen staff as well as trying their hand at making parathas. According to Birmingham Live, Prince William and Kate ate pani puri, black dal, methi chicken, bhel puri chaat, and the rotis they had prepared. But this is not all they did. Prince William also took a phone reservation from a customer. However, the customer did not seem to realise they were talking to a member of the royal family! Here's what happened:
In a video by ANI, we see the Prince taking a call from a customer wanting to book a table for two. They seem to be unaware they are talking to the Prince, which makes the whole incident more amusing. They ask for details regarding the restaurant's address, and the Prince gives the location to them after confirming with the restaurant's owners. The Prince and the customer then discuss at what time the latter should come, given they also have to take a train at 3 pm. After some deliberation, Prince William asks their name and says, "See you at quarter past two." Watch the full video below.

"Hope we told this customer to come to the right place...!" - said a later Tweet by the official handle of The Prince And Princess of Wales. Regarding their visit to the restaurant, they also tweeted, "The Sharma family don't just bring authentic Indian street food to the city but do so much in the community too, including their all-female chef team training many better cooks than us...!"
