To make the dish, first, divide the green peas into two batches. Then coarsely grind one batch and make a fine puree of 
the other.

Now, heat oil and add ginger, garlic, onion, tomato puree and other masalas in it one by one. Cook everything well. Meanwhile, saute the matar puree with some ghee in another pan to eliminate the raw smell.
