How To Make Rasam And Sambar Powder At Home

The traditional rasam powder in Tamil Nadu usually combines coriander seeds, pepper, jeera along with tur dal and chana dal. The sambar powder is enhanced by fenugreek seeds but doesn't feature jeera.
