Increased Intake Of Fruits, Veggies, Whole Grains May Help Prevent Diabetes: Study

Two studies, published in the journal BMJ, suggest that even a modest increase in the intake of fruits, vegetables and whole grains in our daily diet may help lowering the risk of type-2 diabetes.
